Refund policy
Please understand that our candles are our artistic creations, and that our fragrances may differ from what you were expecting them to smell like. At this time we are not accepting any returns if you don't enjoy the scent you purchased.
If you receive the wrong item/s, an imperfect item, or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number. If the product you received is the wrong product please provide us with a picture of the item you received. If the order arrived damaged, please include images of the damage, as well as pictures of the packing materials and box in which your order was shipped. If the item you purchased is still in stock, we will send you a replacement, otherwise you will be issued a refund.
